Space Rental and Agreement Form

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for renting the ARTIVISM event space and optional production services. An event date is not secured until BOTH the signed agreement and required deposit have been submitted and approved by ARTIVISM.

Base Pricing

Renters may access the space up to 1 hour before the scheduled event time for setup. Renters must complete breakdown and exit the space within 30 minutes after the event concludes. The event rental duration refers only to the scheduled event time and does not include setup or breakdown.

Our Policies

Setup and Breakdown Policy

Renters may access the space up to 1 hour before the scheduled event time for setup. Renters must complete breakdown and exit the space within 30 minutes after the event concludes. The event rental duration refers only to the scheduled event time and does not include setup or breakdown.

Equipment Policy

All equipment, furniture, and production tools must be used responsibly. Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized operation may result in repair or replacement charges. Special effects equipment such as cold spark effects must be operated by ARTIVISM staff.

Ticketed Events Policy

Event organizers may choose to charge admission or sell tickets for their event. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all ticket revenue and door sales belong solely to the event organizer.

The event organizer is responsible for managing:

  • Ticket sales and ticketing platforms

  • Door entry and guest check-in

  • Guest lists and attendance tracking

  • Refunds, disputes, or customer service related to ticket purchases

ARTIVISM does not provide ticketing management or door staff unless the ARTIVISM Ticket Management Add-On has been selected and agreed to in advance.

Booking Confirmation Policy

Event dates are not reserved or confirmed until both of the following have been received:

  • A signed rental agreement

  • The required deposit payment

Until both items are received, ARTIVISM reserves the right to offer the requested date to other clients.
